OUR GUARANTEE
Every Tonkinart lamp is covered by a two-layer protection policy:

Layer 1 — Shipping damage
If your lamp arrives damaged, send us a clear photo or short video within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to ship anything back.

Layer 2 — 30-day defect guarantee
If any part of your lamp fails within 30 days of delivery — LED, base, resin finish, or remote — we cover it. Free replacement or full refund, your choice. You never need to ship anything back.

HOW TO CLAIM
Email us at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video showing the issue
- Whether you'd prefer a replacement or refund

We reply within 24 hours on business days.

WHAT WE CANNOT COVER
- Damage caused by dropping, exposure to heat, or prolonged direct sunlight
- Change-of-mind returns (each lamp is made to order specifically for you)
- Orders reported more than 30 days after delivery

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
