Tonkinart ships worldwide from our workshop in Vietnam.

PRODUCTION TIME
Every lamp is made to order. Once you place your order, your lamp enters our production queue within 48 hours. Crafting takes 7–10 business days — this includes design, hand-painting, pouring, curing, polishing, and LED fitting.

SHIPPING TIME (after your lamp ships)
United States: 8–15 business days
United Kingdom / Europe: 10–15 business days
Canada: 12–20 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 15–20 business days
Rest of world: 15–25 business days

SHIPPING RATES
United States: Free on orders $150+, otherwise $15 flat
International: Calculated at checkout based on your location

TOTAL DELIVERY ESTIMATE
For US customers: typically 3–5 weeks from order date.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check your order status anytime using the link in your confirmation email.
