All lamps are handmade to order. As a result:
- Each lamp is unique and may have slight variations in dimensions (±0.2" / 0.5cm) and color
- Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
- Product photos accurately represent the style and quality of our work, but your lamp will not be identical to any photo

ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Tonkinart creates handmade fan art inspired by popular films and anime. Our products are not officially licensed or affiliated with any film studio, game developer, or rights holder. All original photography, copy, and design on this site are the property of Tonkinart and may not be reproduced without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Tonkinart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
