Ordered this as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately the first one was lost in the mail. I reordered on January 25 and it arrived March 13. The delay was disappointing, but the shop was kind enough to offer a replacement, which I appreciated. The piece itself is beautifully made the resin work is lovely and the quality is great. Once it arrived, the gift was a big hit.

Got this product as a gift for my friend for secret Santa. The product itself is hit or miss, but the customer service is top notch.
The first two key caps they sent over to my secret Santa may have been a bad batch due to the keycaps breaking as soon as he installed it on his keyboard.
The seller in good faith, asked for more details to make the situation right.
The 3rd keycap sent to my secret Santa for his keyboard fit pretty nicely with no known issues. Iffy product but even better customer service. Changed my 1 star to a 4 star review since this process took well over a month to resolve.
